Niet Van Toepassing / Not Applicable

This LTU shall not apply to: 

  1. A Dutch, born in Curaçao;
  2. A Dutch, born in Aruba before January 1, 1986, who were domiciled in the Netherlands Antilles on January 1, 1986 and in Curaçao before October 10, 2010;
  3. A Dutch citizens, born before October 10, 2010 on Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius or in Sint Maarten, who were domiciled in Curaçao on October 10, 2010;
  4. The children of the Dutch citizens mentioned under a, b and c.

    In principle, they do not need a document to demonstrate that the LTU shall not apply to them (Niet van Toepassing).

No. A naturalized person receives the Dutch nationality and is admitted by by operation of the law (VRW) on the basis of the LTU.
