Admission Office with temporary location for issuing permits

Admission Office with temporary location for issuing permits

Willemstad – The Admission Office informs the public that, starting Monday, July 14, 2025, its services related to the issuance of residence permits (passport stamps) will no longer be available at the Vergunningenloket located at Saliña 127. This means that all clients who have an appointment to receive a stamp in passport must go to Kranshi, Roodeweg 42, in the former building for obtaining driver’s license.

Renovation work at the Admission Office is still ongoing. The period during which the Vergunningenloket was available to the Admission Office has ended. In order to continue providing services to the public, the Admission Office will temporarily operate from Kranshi.

This location adjustment is only for clients with appointments for passport stamps, restitution vouchers, proof of return, final departure, or extension of tourist stay. At this time, no in-person information services will be available. For any inquiries, please send an email to info@immigrationcur.org or a message via Facebook or Instagram to Admission Office Curaçao.

The Admission Office has made two telephone numbers available for information purposes. The phone numbers are 733-2081 and 733-2083. These numbers can be reached Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. These lines are temporarily available until the office relocates back to Punda. Once the move is complete, these numbers will no longer be accessible to the public.

Clients who need an appointment must arrange it through the website www.immigrationcur.org. All correspondence (mail) for the Admission Office may also be delivered to Kranshi (the former building for obtaining driver’s license.) during public office hours. Public hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Admission Service kindly asks everyone to take note of this change and thanks its clients for their understanding. The office continues to work hard to provide the usual level of service.
