Admission Office
The Admission Office Curaçao (hereinafter: TO) falls under the Ministry of Justice and is charged with the implementation of the Foreigners Act in Curaçao. The organization is responsible for processing applications from people who want to stay in Curaçao for a short or longer period of time. The applications are assessed in accordance with the National Ordinance Admission and Deportation (LTU).
Unit Supervision of Foreign Nationals and Border control
The Unit Supervision of Foreign Nationals and Border control (hereinafter: Border control and Surveillance) of the Curaçao Police Force (hereinafter: KPC) is concerned with Border control and Surveillance on the residence of persons to whom the National Ordinance Admission and Deportation applies.
