Great interest in the “Tuma Bo Pèrmit” project

Willemstad – During the first week of the “Tuma Bo Pèrmit” project, the Admission Office assisted a total of 772 people. This corresponds to the period from December 1st to December 5th, 2025. This number shows that many individuals were waiting for the opportunity to obtain their residence permit.

During the “Tuma Bo Pèrmit” project, the Admission Office is giving as many people as possible the opportunity to receive their residence permit in the form of a stamp, without needing to make an appointment. This means that individuals who have already received a positive decision and who have all the required original documents to collect their permit do not need to schedule an appointment. These individuals may come from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

During the project, a maximum number of tickets is issued each day, based on the capacity that the Admission Office can handle. The last time to take a number is 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and 11:30 am on Saturdays. Since appointments have already been scheduled until the end of December 2025, it is up to each person to decide whether they prefer to attend according to their appointment or to come during the project period without an appointment.

The Admission Office is pleased that many people have already taken advantage of the opportunity offered by this project. At the same time, everyone who has not yet collected their residence permit (stamp) is encouraged to make use of this opportunity, which ends on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025.
