Admission Office with adjustments in public services
Willemstad – The Admission Office announces that starting Monday, February 3, 2025, its information desk will be temporarily relocated to Vergunningeloket in Saliña 127 (Eurobuilding). This means that all customers seeking information, as well as those with an appointment for a stamp in passport, must go to the Vergunningenloket in Saliña.
Due to a technical problem in the customer waiting room, the Admission Office has decided to change the location of its information desk. From Monday, February 3, 2025, customers can visit the Vergunningenloket for petition status, proof of petition, specific cases, and appeals. Customers with an appointment for obtaining a residence permit (passport stamp), proof of return, final departure, and refund vouchers will also be assisted at the Vergunningenloket in Saliña.
All correspondence (mail) for the Admission Office must also be submitted at the Vergunningenloket. The public opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Due to this change, the Admission Office is currently unable to provide information via telephone. Inquiries can be sent via email to info@immigrationcur.org or through a message on Facebook/Instagram Admission Office Curaçao.
The Admission Office kindly requests everyone to take note of this change and thanks its customers for their understanding. The team remains committed to providing its usual service.
