Admission Office moves back to Punda

Willemstad – The Admission Office informs that starting Monday, November 24, 2025, its counters for issuing residence titles (passport stamp) will no longer be located at Kranshi. The counters for issuing residence permits (passport stamp) as well as the information desk, will return to the renovated building at Prinsenstraat 90 in Punda.

All individuals who have an appointment to obtain their residence title (passport stamp) must attend to Prinsenstraat 90. For general information, the public may visit the information desk during office hours. The Admission Office is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Admission Office will also be reachable again via the telephone number 733-2000. This means that the numbers 733-2080, 733-2081, and 733-2083 will be disconnected. You may call 733-2000 from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Admission Office asks the public to take good notice of this change. It also extends its appreciation to its clients for their patience and understanding during the renovation period now completed.
