Unit Supervision of Foreign Nationals and Border control
The Unit Supervision of Foreign Nationals and Border control (hereinafter: Border control and Surveillance) of the Curaçao Police Force (hereinafter: KPC) is concerned with Border control and Surveillance on the residence of individuals to whom the National Ordinance Admission and Deportation applies.
Border control
At the border (the airport and the seaport(s)), controls are carried out on the entry and exit of persons. The disembarkation officers have the task of ensuring that everyone entering or leaving the country complies with the established rules.
Surveillance
The employees of the unit charged with Surveillance and Detection are charged with the domestic surveillance of foreigners residing in Curaçao.
