Admission Office with temporary adjustment in appointment procedure
Willemstad – The Admission Office informs about an adjustment in the procedure for making appointments to obtain a residence permit (stamp in the passport). As of Thursday, September 25, 2025, appointments can only be made by phone or email and not via the website www.immigrationcur.org.
When a person submits an application for a residence permit or declaration and receives a positive decision, they must schedule an appointment in order to collect their permit/declaration. Currently (until further notice), it is not possible to make appointments via the website www.immigrationcur.org. Appointments can be scheduled through the phone numbers 733-2080, 733-2081, and 733-2083, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please note that a large number of calls are received daily, which may at times make it difficult to establish immediate contact.
It is also possible to send an email to info@immigrationcur.org to request an appointment to collect the permit. When sending an email, the following must be mentioned: name, application number, and telephone number of the person who needs the appointment to collect their permit. If it concerns a family that needs to collect their permits/declarations, a separate appointment must be scheduled for each family member. If you are unable to attend the appointment, please cancel it on time. This can be done through the phone numbers 733-2080, 733-2081, and 733-2083 or by email info@immigrationcur.org.
On the day of the appointment, all documents mentioned in the decision letter must be presented. These documents must be originals. Without the required documents, the stamp cannot be placed in the passport and a new appointment will need to be scheduled. In the case of a first-time permit where a deposit must be paid, proof of payment from the Tax Office must be presented. If there are children aged 12 years or older, they must also be present at the appointment.
The Admission Office requests that this information be duly noted. At the same time, the Admission Office thanks its clients for their understanding and will continue working to provide the customary service.
