Admission Office launches the project “Tuma Bo Pèrmit”

Willemstad – The Admission Office informs that starting Monday, December 1st until Tuesday, December 30th, 2025, it will launch the project “Tuma Bo Pèrmit”. The goal of this project is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to collect their residency permit in the form of a stamp, without needing to make an appointment.

During the past months, the Admission Office has processed a large number of residence permit applications. This has caused many applications to be finalized around the same time, and the number of available appointments per day has reached its maximum. To address the situation where many people are unable to get an appointment quickly, the Admission Office will start this project during December 2025.

To provide more people the opportunity to collect their permit, the project will operate in a walk-in format. This means that people who have received a positive decision and who have all the required original documents to collect their permit do not need to make an appointment. These individuals can come from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, and on Fridays between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. During the project, a maximum number of tickets will be distributed per day, according to the capacity the Admission Office can accommodate. The last time to receive a number will be 2:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, and 11:30 am on Fridays.

Since appointments have already been scheduled until the end of December 2025, it is the decision the person to decide whether they want to attend according to their scheduled appointment, or if they prefer to come without an appointment during the project. Upon arrival, they must notify if they wish to cancel their appointment. If they choose to keep it, the person will be helped according to the time of their appointment.
