Admission Office with adjustments in Public Services
Willemstad – The Admission Office informs that starting Monday, January 6, 2025, its information desk will reopen to the public at Prinsenstraat 90, Punda. This means that only individuals seeking information can visit the office in Punda. Those with appointments to collect their residency permits (passport stamp) should go to the Vergunningenloket in Saliña 127.
For inquiries regarding the status of applications, proof of application status, specific cases, and appeals, visitors must go to Punda. All correspondence (mail) for the Admission Office can also be submitted at the Punda office. The Client Connectivity Center (self-service kiosk) will also be available again for public use. Opening hours is from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 12:30 PM to 2:45 PM. On Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM.
To collect residence permits (passport stamp), re-entry permit, permanent departure or refund vouchers, individuals must go to the Vergunningenloket in Saliña as per their appointment. Opening hours is from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
