Traveling with guardian

• long extract of the minor (not older than 6 months) 

• extract from the Parental Authority Register (not older than 6 months) or recent (not older than 6 months) decision of the court or recently (not older than 6 months) stamped for validity

Traveling with someone other than the guardian

• birth certificate or long extract of the minor (not older than 6 months)

• extract from the Parental Authority Register (not older than 6 months) or recent (not older than 6 months) decision of the court or recently (not older than 6 months) stamped for validity

• Fully completed consent form 

• copy of identity document or passport of the guardian

• identity document of the accompanying adult
