Online Application

Since June 15, 2016 it is possible to submit an application for a Declaration Van Rechtswege or Declaration Niet van Toepassing. This can be done via www.immigrationcur.org.

You will receive your proof of application by e-mail. After processing the application, you will receive the decree by email with the decision on your application. You can then receive your residence permit at the Admission Office in the form of a stamp in your passport. With the stamp in the passport, the Dutch or American can register at the Civil Registry (Kranshi).

The applicant creates his/her own personal account that can later be used for other applications. This account is strictly personal and contains all data of the person in question.

The applicant can use the account for himself, his wife and children. The account can only be used under the name of one person.

In accordance with current laws and regulations, the government has 4 months to make a decision on an application.

You must check in your account whether you have completed the ‘submit application’ task. When this is complete, you should receive a message in your inbox with a proof of application. If you have not received a proof of application in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam to see if the message got there. The message comes from no-reply@immigrationcur.org.

Yes, if you have forgotten to scan your documents, you can still send it by e-mail. Please note that if your application has already been processed without the required documents, your application may be rejected. It is possible to object against a rejected decision within 6 weeks after it has been sent.
